So hello small piece of the internets. I apologize for the absence. I've been off enjoying life and soaking up the first year and a half of R's and my married life.
Everything was pretty much the same up until a month ago. R has officially re-upped in the military. He is now a member of the U.S. Army Reserve. His MOS is in supply and is about to ship off to five months of training.
Ugh, five months without my partner in crime... five months without silly text messages about crap on TV... five long months. Yes other military families have it worse and I can only being to appreciate what they go through. But this is the longest we have been apart ever.
We'll be fine, that I'm not worried about. B and I will just have to grin and bear it for the short time R is away.
So this blog is now morphing into a what is Mrs. G going to do while R is away. Hope you enjoy.
